SOUTH PARK 2ND STORY ADDITION & REMODEL DESIGNED & PERMITTED 2020 / BUILT 2021 (ON-GOING)
This quaint 1940’s home located in the South Park neighborhood of San Diego is undergoing some major upgrades. New addition on both first and second levels will bring the total square footage to nearly 2300 square feet from a modest 1400 square feet originally. Client has requested to help save the front part of the home as it has been in the family for generations. The solutions we came up with was to add on to the back of the home a new addition and add a 2nd level to that area being that it will have a new foundation therefore causing less work on the original 1940’s foundation. Roof lines from old to new will be gently blended by a beautiful 2nd story deck spanning the width of the home. Design and built by So Cal Design Build, Inc.

New Custom Home 2008
We had the privilege to design and build this custom home from ground up. Featuring over 4000 sq ft, 2 kitchens, 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, media/theater room, custom cabinets, doors, trim, custom inlaid floors, unique siding tailored to fit the clients personality. We also completed the entire hardscaping including a complete 150′ water feature with water falls. We also installed beautiful powder coated metal railings, stamped concrete driveways, custom decks.
CARMEL VALLEY ADDITION & REMODEL 2019
In need of a larger kitchen and main floor master bedroom en suite to accommodate a growing family this family is having a beautiful main floor addition added to the back and side yards. Adding over 700 square feet and remodeling another 1000 square feet. So Cal built a beautiful new custom kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, modern linear fireplace, you name it.
