Semi-custom kitchen remodels are a great way to update the look of your kitchen without breaking the bank. In stock cabinets are a cost-effective option that can still be customized to suit your needs.

Kitchen Remodeling Budgets
Not sure exactly what your looking for? Thats ok! We can show you options based on your needs not our own, and since we offer multiple types of services you can rest easy knowing your getting a honest opinion. You can save thousands on your kitchen remodel without sacrificing looks and modern features. We can re-finish or re-face your existing cabinets and add new hardware with soft close features, easy storage solutions. We can update the rest of your kitchen as well, such as, lighting, flooring, counters, backsplash, and appliances.
Fully Custom Replacing $$$$
Replacing your cabinets is recommended if you don’t like the existing layout or if your cabinets are not suitable for re-facing or re-finishing. This option will allow us to fully customize your complete kitchen. For example we can modify the floor plan, reposition appliances, increase natural lighting. Our interior designers will help create the perfect solution for your next kitchen tailored to your wishes. Custom cabinets can be made to just about any size, color, and door style options. You can also choose from surface mount or inlaid doors.
Semi-Custom Replacing $$$
Semi-Custom Replacing includes all the benefits of the custom cabinet replacing, but you save some money. We can install semi-custom cabinets for much less then custom cabinets. Semi-custom cabinets have all the storage features and amenities as custom but are a bit more limited in colors and door styles. We can explain all the differences in our free estimate/consultation. We offer complete home remodeling solutions and we can come up with the right fit for your families remodeling needs.
Re-Facing $$
Cabinet re-facing means that you’re generally happy with your existing lay out, but don’t like the look of the door styles. We would replace your doors, drawers and hinges with new ones from our vast selection of wood types & door styles. We would then finish the cabinet boxes to match. We can also upgrade the hardware to soft/self close and add organizational features.
Re-Finishing $
In order to properly re-finish your existing cabinets we would take your doors and drawers back to our shop. Next we would mask off all unaffected areas. We would prep, sand, fill, and apply 2 coats of shellac primer and 3 coats of finish with color selected at design meeting. We can also replace your hardware and provide soft/self closing features, upgraded organizational items to name a few. This option can save thousands if you already are happy with your existing cabinet lay out.
Semi-Custom Kitchen Remodel
For the more cost efficient client we offer beautiful semi-custom kitchen remodels as well which can save thousands. This home had a large obstructing wall which we removed, added a window to the dining area and closed off the back of the kitchen to create a separate utility room for a washer and dryer. New semi-custom cabinets, natural stone counter tops, new appliances, electrical, plumbing, flooring.

Prep Work
Before we can start the demolition process it is important for our team to come in and mark off all the work that will need to be done. There is nothing worse than having a contractor cut a hole in the wrong wall, or begin to add a wall where one doesn’t belong. By taking the time to walk through the project and clearly mark off the work we ensure that mistakes like these are nipped in the bud before they even have the chance to happen.
Demolition
Once the prep work has been completed our team will begin the demolition phase of the project. This is where we remove any walls, cabinets, plumbing, electrical, etc., that needs to be cleared for the new kitchen layout. Our team will work diligently to ensure that the mess is kept to a minimum during this process.
Rough-In
Once everything has been removed, cleared, or demolished, then we can begin the fun part of this process, building out the new kitchen. This is where you will begin to see the design of your new kitchen take place. Walls will be built, plumbing put into place, cabinets set, countertops will be added, and of course everything will need to be painted. This is an exciting part of the process, as you watch everything come together before your eyes.
Finish Work
Once all of the major pieces are in place the only thing left to finish up your kitchen remodel is to put the final touches on. This is there faucets are put into place, touch-up paint is used to make sure everything is just right, and all the small details are checked to make sure everything is in its place. The look on our clients’ faces says it all. What was once just a dream kitchen remodel has finally become a reality for them.
